In Honor of Our Veterans, "The New Look of Beauty"

Too many worship physical beauty to the point of absurdity and concern themselves with what's new in hair products, and what new pet chow will make their dog's hair shine brighter.

Isn't it time now, during this Veteran's Day, to feel  a little deeper and think a little more about our Soldiers? How many lives have been lost, how many injuries have been suffered to insure that our freedoms endure and prosper?

As our representatives in Congress continue to stall, preferring promises over action, our soldiers continue to suffer and continue to die for lack of adequate medical care. Disgraceful! Isn't it time for us, the American citizens, to act?

Let's actually do something. Speak up at political rallies. Join: "The Wounded Warriors Project'. Visit our hospitalized vets.

Should Veteran's Day serve as a new beginning? I'm betting that our wounded vets are hoping and praying that it will.
